Our Fitted Bunker Belt is made to your exact length and specifications to avoid the bulkiness of the buckle and the nuisance of the flapping tongue. Our “Fitted” Belts are made with strong high tensile strength yet supple leather that will accompany you through many years if not your entire firefighter career. All of our belts are made from 10/11 oz thick saddle grade leather, well above industry standard, and our quality metal hardware will meet and rival any hardware that is currently used through-out the industry. How to measure for your Black Smoke Apparel Fitted Bunker Belt.

Put your Turn Outs On, Take a piece of webbing, string, rope or your current belt put it around your waist, bring two ends together in the front where you want the strap to end. When doing this stand up straight for best measurements results. Take a tape measure record the length in inches. Please note this measurement on the comment box during your check out.

The quality of the products I have received from black smoke have been above my expectations. I am on a full time fire department and the quality and workmanship is definitely a step above the rest. I have plenty of other products to compare it to from the rest of the guys. The few of us that are willing to wait to have the best products are definitely happy we have.

Awesome Belt

I was searching for a leather bunker belt to replace the webbing one supplied by the manufacturer. We all know how they stretch and can tear, and how the plastic buckle has a hard time buckling or staying buckled. They also crack. I love the clean look of the fitted belt and it easily adjusts. The thick leather will last a career. You can tell this was made by someone who also uses their own product. This isn’t a wannabe product or a gimmick. The cobra buckle will stay buckled under ALL conditions. This is truly an heirloom quality product that I’m confident I can hand down to my son.

I've had this belt for about 4 months now and it has exceeded expectations. It is a must if you plan on ditching the suspenders. And hands down way better than the cheap canvas belt you get with a plastic buckle
