Delivery Guarantee
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Refunds and replacements will not be issued for products delivered to incorrect addresses unless it is because of our error.
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of your completed order. (Please note custom items have a 8-10 week turnaround time from date of payment). (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, 1-3 day delivery.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted if return authorization is granted prior to return shipment by Black Smoke Apparel. Return authorization will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping is not reimbursable.
